Eli Barkat

Eli is a prominent figure in the Israeli business and financial community, with more than 20 years of entrepreneurial, investment and business management experience. Eli holds B.Sc. in Computer Science & Mathematics (Hebrew University, Jerusalem).

Zvi Stepak

Founder, Board Member
With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Stepak is highly regarded as an expert in Israel's capital market and serves as a financial commentator for local and international media.

Mr. Stepak has an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University and was nominated “Businessman of the Year” among Israel’s capital markets in 2003 due to Meitav’s outstanding growth and performance.

Ilan Raviv

Chief Executive Officer, Meitav
Ilan Raviv has been working in the financial industry for over 30 years. Throughout his career he worked in Israel, London and Geneva.

During his career, Mr. Raviv served as the CEO of U-Bank, a Manager at the Jacob Safra Bank in Switzerland, Treasurer of Israel Discount Bank and a Senior Dealer at the Foreign Currency Reserve Management Team of the Bank of Israel, among others.

Mr. Raviv holds an M.Sc. from the University of London.

Avner Stepak

Board Member
Avner began at Meitav in 1996 serving as Advertising Manager and later as a Nostro Manager, VP of Corporate Strategy and Business Development. Avner was responsible for taking the firm in a number of new directions including provident and pension fund management, hedge fund advisory and development of financial instruments and computerized trading systems.

In September 2007, Avner Stepak became CEO of Meitav Investment House until January 2010.
Avner holds MBA from Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University.
